The Malta Pre-Departure Course

The Malta Pre-Departure Course is a mandatory, government-implemented program for all first-time Third-Country National (TCN) applicants. You must successfully complete this program via the SkillsPass Portal before your employer can submit your Single Work Permit application to Identità.
